Before Learning Dads, Kevin spent years as an educator, trainer, and culture leader — working across public, private, and post-secondary schools, plus nonprofits, to help school leaders, teachers, and parents understand how kids actually grow. He's led trainings on mindset, effective language, process-centered feedback, and navigating power struggles — the stuff that turns good intentions into real connection.
But the role that matters most is dad. Kevin is husband to Tiffany and father to two amazing kids, Claire and Davis — which is where all of this becomes personal instead of theoretical.
Learning Dads exists because Kevin knows firsthand that understanding why kids do what they do changes everything about how you show up for them. His goal is simple: helping dads understand how kids grow, so everyday moments become something more.
